MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, MODIFICATIONS, IMPROVEMENTS
The Building Owner is responsible to continually maintain all life safety equipment and systems within the occupancy. Inspections and certification of these components are required by the authority having jurisdiction, the NFPA, and your insurance provider.
System upgrades that will maintain the original intention of coverage when renovations take place within an occupancy are extremely important and should not be neglected.
